OUR STORY

A new chapter starts
with being seen.

The EverGreen Collective is a community-centered LLC with a vision to help people build dignity, stability, and a sense of belonging.

Our model brings together three connected ideas: Care, Community, and Continuity. We envision housing, mentorship, and training as ways to support physical, emotional, and occupational wellness.

Can I apply for a program here?

Programs are coming soon. We are preparing future opportunities in housing and stability, mentorship and connection, and training and opportunity. Applications are not open yet. We will share confirmed launch dates, eligibility requirements, and application instructions here as programs become available. In the meantime, contact the Collective with questions about upcoming programs.

What does C3 mean?

C3 stands for Care, Community, and Continuity. It is a way to connect whole-person wellbeing, meaningful relationships, and a longer-term view of stability and growth.

Who is included in the vision?

Our intended focus includes seniors, veterans, displaced youth, single parents, and people returning from incarceration. This describes the communities at the heart of the vision, not a set of confirmed eligibility rules.

How can I connect or contribute?

Use the pathway finder to explore an area of alignment and prepare conversation notes, then contact the Collective by phone or email. Program availability and participation details are still being developed. Finder selections are not submitted automatically.

Is The EverGreen Collective a nonprofit?

The EverGreen Collective is an LLC. This website does not solicit donations or offer tax-deductible contributions.
